The search for absolutely gastronomic sparkling wines
has led us to the preparation of the very long aging that characterizes La Cavateca.
MAS VIA
An outstanding example is the Mas Via 2002 Gran Reserva Brut, which explores the maximum expression of these long agings with the traditional Penedés varieties. It presents tiny bubbles that rise harmoniously, forming an initially perfect rosary and crown, with a fully integrated bubbles.
