has led us to the preparation of the very long aging that characterizes our Cavateca.
MAS VIA
An outstanding example is the Mas Via 2002 Gran Reserva Brut, which explores the maximum expression of these long agings with the traditional Penedés varieties. It presents tiny bubbles that rise harmoniously, forming an initially perfect rosary and crown, with a fully integrated bubbles.
CLOS DAMIANA
Clos Damiana Gran Reserva Brut Nature La Cavateca represents a step further in the exploration of new limits when it comes to long aging. Following the philosophy expressed by English actor Ben Whishaw, “All boundaries are conventions waiting to be overcome."
