THE USER

By accepting these Conditions, the User declares:

AVAILABILITY 

The User will have access, always and in any case, prior to starting the product contracting process, to the conditions, which can be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium.

VALIDITY OR DURATION 

The validity or duration period of these Conditions and specific contracting conditions will be the time they remain published on the mentioned website and will be applicable from the moment the User uses the website and/or proceeds to the contracting of any products.

MODIFICATIONS 

The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without affecting the goods or promotions that were previously acquired by the User before the modification. 

The User agrees to carefully read the contracting conditions each time they proceed to contract a product since they may have been modified since the last time, they accessed them.

NULLITY 

If any clause included in these Conditions is declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity will only affect that provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, with the rest of the Conditions remaining in full force.

OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT 

The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of sale arising between the provider and the user now the user accepts the purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms described below.
